The infamous Bushwood Country Club was first introduced to us with the theatrical release of Caddyshack on July 25, 1980. To commemorate the 30-year anniversary of quoting Bill Murray lines from Caddyshack, PGATour.com checked up on the current status of Bushwood Country Club.

While the fictional club was spawned from writer Brian Doyle-Murray’s days as a caddie during his youth at Indian Hill Club in Winnetka, Ill., Bushwood is actually Grande Oaks Golf Club in Davie, Fla.

In the next month a unique hole in one style competition will be introduced at the Rockingham Golf Driving Range.
The game will be accessible by hackers and more frequent players so everyone will be able to take part.
